Exactly what I was expecting
I love this set. The one side was bent while trying to connect the couch together but I was able to use a rubber mallet and put it back into place. Very easy to put together my husband assisted and we were able to put everything together while our daughter napped. Has been over a month and we're please with our decision and look forwards to years of use.

Nice, but¡
These chairs were exactly what I hoped for, with a higher back and soft cushions. They are packaged well, and instructions are clear but minimal. However they are a bear to put together. Definitely a two person job, and frustrating with bolts that are barely long enough. Once they are assembled they are really nice, thank goodness.

They¡¯re beautiful!
These chairs are just so perfect and sit very comfortably. I had an issue with one of the chairs being warped and it sat crooked. Seller was very responsive with several emails. After I sent a picture of the damaged chair, they immediately sent a new one minus the cushions. I couldn¡¯t be happier with the set and the stellar customer service, so you can buy without hesitation. They will make it right if your set comes less than perfect. Watch the video for installation instructions as the paper instructions are not great.

hard to assemble
after twisting and pushing and bending finally got one side on. worked on the other side for an hour. no luck. Just doesn¡¯t fit. May end up returning this. Looks like they would be nice chairs once assembled.
