Ordered these chair beginning of December, got the pretty quick, when we were assembling them the first one was fine, simple to put together but the second had a defect, in of the arms did not have a thread in one of the wholes so no screw could go in. Reached out to seller they responded and because these were too big to ship back got a credit so I was able to pay to fix it and finish assembling the second one. They look very nice and are very comfortable. Satisfied buyer.

Very nice, need a little muscle to put together, but once done they are very sturdy and comfortable. Worth the money.

Difficult to put together
One of the chairs had holes that didn't line up so I was unable to use ALL of the screws. Praying it holds together, but that is really poor design!

I was unhappy that I was unable to assemble the chairs even after reading the instructions and watching the video. My previous review reflected my frustration. After writing the review the Seller reached out to me concerning the issues I was having with these chairs and offered me a full refund. I appreciate this gesture and would like to say thank you. I guess this must have just been a manufacturing mistake but I do appreciate the Seller's willingness to correct the situation.
