Great product
I got this this year so I cant really speak how long it will last but it seems like its made from really thick sturdy material that will last for a few years. It's easy to put on and take off. If you want your stuff to last id suggest get it.

Perfect fit
A perfect fit, it even had a metal pole attached inside to assist with getting the cover on.

Came Up Short... Literally.
I can't speak to durability or water resistant attributes, but when used with our 10' x10' (square) cantilevered umbrella, this cover came up about 12" - 13" short of the canvas bottom, such that the outer edge of the umbrella surface (that contains the "pockets" where the structural components attach) would be exposed to the elements. It didn't matter how carefully I tugged it down or tried to make it fit; the product description indicating that this cover is appropriate for up to 11.5 ft. umbrellas is simply wrong. Returned and bought another brand, which fits fine & covers the entire umbrella, right to the weighted base.

Fades very quickly. But quality build!
I ordered this in mid March 2023 and it is now the first week of May 2023. It has faded a lot in just two months. On the positive side, this is a quality build!!! In my opinion, it will last two maybe three seasons. The question you have to ask yourself is functionality or aesthetics. Three stars because I probably could have bought a product that was both aesthetically and functionally effective for the same price.
