Warranty Policy

We offer free replacement or parts for quality issues within the warranty period (excluding damage caused by misuse or modifications).

What’s Covered
All products except fragile items, glass, cushions, backrests, and consumables.

If your item arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Warranty Period
Outdoor Furniture: 1-year warranty; 6 months for replacement items.

Indoor Furniture: 6-month warranty; 3 months for replacement items.

Accidental or impact damage

Unauthorised repairs or alterations

Misuse or rough handling

Normal wear and tear

Weather or environmental damage

How to Make a Claim
To file a claim, email sale@abrihome.com with photos or videos of the issue. If the problem cannot be verified, we may not be able to proceed. Once confirmed, we’ll offer a prompt solution.
