Chair assemble directions needs improvement.
The instructions were not easy to follow. They were hard to put together. Once we got them together the chairs are nice.

Deep Seat Chair
Once we figured out how these went together, the assembly was fairly easy, 30 minutes We did the screws by hand with the Hex Key Allen Wrench, it would have went a lot faster with a drill. The quality was what I expected for the price. These are not high end chairs, there are a lot of loose ends on the rattan and I'm expecting to get maybe two years out of them. We live in the the south and we leave our furniture out all year, so it's exposed to the hot sun and rain. Cushions are comfortable but the seat does lean back quite a bit so if you prefer sitting up straight, you will need to add another cushion on the back.

Make sure you want the item. Vendor is hard core about returns.
The sturdiness of this product is average. I expect longevity to be the same. Comfort is awful as the cushions are made from a low end quality foam. Factor in the cost of upgrading the cushions right away and you will probably be okay.It was very good when we had to work with the vendor but don¡¯t plan on great customer service from them as we find from Direct Wicker.

My husband and I just got aground to setting them up. They are beautiful and just as I was hoping for, very easy to assemble and looks lovely on my front porch.
