Abrihome UK — Frequently Asked Questions

1. When will my order be delivered?

Small items typically arrive within 1–2 business days.
Large furniture orders arrive within 2–3 business days.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email once your parcel has been collected by the courier.
If the tracking does not update, please allow 24–48 hours for the courier to scan the parcel.

3. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — we offer free UK mainland delivery on most orders.
Remote or offshore areas (Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) may incur an additional fee.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

5. Do you ship outside the UK?

No. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

6. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange replacement parts or a replacement item at no cost.

7. What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery.
Returned items must reach our warehouse within 30 days.

Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

8. Who pays for return shipping?
  • If faulty / damaged / incorrect → Abrihome covers the return shipping cost.
  • If change of mind → Customer is responsible for return shipping.
9. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All products include a warranty:
Outdoor furniture: 1-year warranty
Indoor furniture: 6-month warranty

Replacement items may include shorter coverage.

10. Do you have a showroom?

Yes — visits are welcome by appointment.

11. Do I need to assemble the furniture?

Most items require simple home assembly.
Instructions and hardware are included with each product.

13. Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

Yes — Click & Collect is available.

14. Can I pre-order an out-of-stock item?

Yes — selected items support Pre-Order / Wait & Save options.
Your order will ship as soon as new stock arrives.
